I forgot to publish this here immediately right after I put it up on scribd on 12 March 2013. It is probably my last document to urge my fellow WBL shareholders. I feel that some of WBL shareholders may be gullible selling shares to STC's subsidiaries. They are buying around 1% of total WBL shares in different dates within the law. guideline.
Minority WBL shareholders' failure to 'demand' higher share price may put me in the situation of considering the options.
